I apologise in advance for not telling you the album details, as the music I received to review did not give any compositional details, nor did it tell me who produced the CD or its catalogue number, but if anyone can find out and wishes to let me know, I will change the details on the review here.
As it stands though the Chilean performer is a wonderful and talented player who deserves to be well – known here.
The pieces are very varied, and certainly do not sound traditional, but they are for the most part lovely pieces of music, with a lot of very beautiful ideas in their composition.
Then the final two pieces are duos, and so I can only assume that Tita has played both parts herself, and these two versions are included earlier as solo works.
As for the playing it is superb, the recording is clear and warm, and everything is a fine experience from start to finish, and so if anyone manages to home in on this recording and finds out what I cannot, I will be most grateful, as it really does deserve to be heard.
